If you write to us using the contact form, your details (name, email address, company and phone number if provided, and your message) are sent by email from our website through the servers of our hosting provider Vercel to our mailbox at STRATO in Berlin. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry; it is not stored on the website itself. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
